Intensive Group Course:
This intensive program is made up of 20 hours a week of class for four hours a day. Each group has no more than four students. The classes aim at developing the communicative competence in Spanish in the four main skills: speaking, reading, listening, and writing. They also provide contextualized grammar and expose the students to the local culture. Out-of-class exercises are assigned by teachers for students to reinforce the content of the lessons.

Super Intensive Group Course:
This program is designed for students wishing to deepen their learning experience and gain a higher level of proficiency in Spanish in a shorter time. This course includes 20 hours a week of lessons (four hours a day) and 10 hours of individual class per week (2 hours a day). Each group has no more than 4 students.
These classes follow the regular syllabus during the group lessons, and in the individual lessons they reinforce or clarify the group class content, working on your weak points and broadening areas of your own interest. All areas of language are worked on: reading, writing, speaking, listening and contextualized grammar.
One-to-One:
This course is designed to meet the your individual needs and expectations. During the course, you will be exposed to a wide variety of topics according to your interests and pace. You will have 20 classes a week. This course is available at all levels, from Beginner to Advanced. The classes are organized according to the your schedule, and depending on the availability of classrooms and teachers. This course is ideal for students planning to take a specific Spanish exam, for those needing Spanish to work, or who are preparing to go to a local university.

General Information:
• All classes are 60 minutes in length and students may enroll for 4 hours a day of classes for as many weeks as desired.
• All levels of Spanish welcome.
• Starts dates are on any Monday.
• Minimum age of 18 years.

There are nine levels of proficiency (ACTFL American Council of Teachers of Foreign Languages).  Lower beginner, medium beginner, high beginner, lower intermediate, medium intermediate, high intermediate, advanced, high advanced and superior. Students must pass tests at each level in order to progress to the next.
For Colleges and Universities our courses and credits are essentially the same as those granted in most Universities around the world. The amount of credit is based upon the number of contact hours, lectures, laboratory work, reading assignments, and required papers. All exams and papers of each student’s work are forwarded to the student college or university at the end of the student stay in Sucre.
